  • Sooji (semolina) 2 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Oil  ½ cup
  • Almonds Nut, crush 12
  • Pistachios, crush  20
  • Elaichi (cardamoms) 5
  • raisins seedless 12
  • yellow food color ¼ tsp
                                       

Puris Recipies

Puris

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required



Preparation

For Halwa preparation heat oil in a pan and fry cardamoms and semolina till it is cooked, take out the fried semolina in a bowl. Now heat sugar and put little water in a pan to dissolve the sugar and mix food color in this. After this When everything is combined add semolina, crush almonds, crush pistachios and raisins. Delicious Halwa is ready to serve

For Poori Put sugar, salt and 1tbsp oil in wheat flour and mix it well gradually by adding in little water and knead it into a hard dough. Make small balls, pat the balls lightly with oil and roll them out. Heat oil in a wok and fry the pooris in it. Delicious puris are ready to serve with Halwa
