Biryani Recipe




  • Rice   ½ kg
  •  chicken   500 g
  • Oil   ½ cup 
  • onion  1
  • ginger chopped or paste  2tsp 
  • yogurt  1 cup
  •  Biryani masala  1 packet
  • fresh coriander(Chinese parsley)chopped 1/4 cup

Preparation


Add oil in big pan and put onion sliced in it and stir it until its color change to brownish. Now add chicken and ginger paste and stir it for 4-5 minutes’.Add Biryani Masala and younger and mix, with lid, cook it until chicken is nicely tender, for almost 30 minutes. After this add 4 cups of water (1 cup rice = 2 cups water) and let it boil, when it boiled add rice and cook them on high heat until extra water evaporate. Now add fresh coriander(Chinese parsley) and cook it for 7 minutes on low heat. Delicious Biryani pulao is ready to serve.
