Hareesa Recipes 


  • Cooking Oil.    4 tsp
  • Salt.        (As Needed)
  •  Ginger Garlic   2tsp
  •  Boneless Chicken.  500g
  • Black pepper.  1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (Chopped). 7-9
  • Turmeric  powder.    1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder.    3 tsp
  • Water (meat strip).    3 cup
  • Coriander Powder (Chinese parsley)  2tsp
  • Wheat Grains (soaked).     1 cup
  •  Soaked Rice (soaked)      ½ cup
  • Green Lentils (soaked).     1 cup
  • Water (Hareesa Cooking). 2 liter
  • Chicken cubes.   2
  • Butter.            ½ cup 
  • Cumin (Cuminum cyminum).    ½ tsp
  • Lemons, Green Coriander  (As Needed for Garnishing) 

Preparation

Add cooking oil in a pan and then add the paste of ginger garlic and fry it for a while. After this add boneless chicken in this fried ginger garlic paste and cook until its tenders by adding salt, green chilies, black pepper powder, turmeric powder,  coriander powder (Chinese parsley), red chili powder and water. Then now splinter this cooked chicken after this take another cooking pan and add wheat grains, green lentils soaked rice, water, chicken cube and cook until tender. Grind it well and put the cooked chicken in this grinded mixture. Now make Tarka by adding butter, ground spinach in a pan and fry it for a while then put this in the mixture which we have prepared above. Now delicious Hareesa is ready to serve Use Lemon slices, green coriander, and chilies for garnishing.
