Chicken Karahi Recipe
Chicken(small
pieces) 1kg
Ginger Garlic
paste 2-3 tbsp
Green chilies 7-8
Tomatoes
(Chopped) 5
Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Spices powder (your favorite)
2-3 tbsp
Fresh coriander(
chopped) Green
Yogurt
3-4 tbsp
Oil

Preparation
Add oil in big and
heat it put garlic and ginger paste in it and stir until its color turns to
brownish. Now add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on high flame after this add
chili powder, tomatoes, and salt, and mix, with lid and cook it. After this add
spices, green chili, and yogurt. Add fresh coriander ( Chinese parsley) and Cook
it until chicken is nicely tender and extra water evaporate. Delicious Chicken
karahi is ready to serve
