Brinjal Pakoda Recipe (baingan Pakora)


Brinjal Recipes 


·                  Brinjal                      Round slice
·                  Oil                            for deep frying
·                  Gram Flour                according to brinjal quantity
·                  Red Chili                   as required
·                  Coriander powder      for taste
·                  Salt                           as required
·                  All spices                   ½ tbsp
·                  Coriander seed          ¼ tbsp
·                  Spinach                     as required



Preparation

Gram flour and water mix in a bowl. And now add all above the given ingredients and mix it well. Now Dip brinjal round slices in Gram flour mixture.






Add oil in cooking pan and heat it. Now put Dipd slice of brinjal in cooking pan and fry it 3-4 minutes until its color changed to brownish. Your crispy and delicious brinjal pakora is ready to serve with mint chutney
